Johnathan was fantastic! He started off by contacting me and confirming our appointment for Monday. Then he surprised me by offering to stop by later that afternoon (Friday) stating he can pass by my place on his way home. I of course accepted his offer as I was so happy my wife and I wouldn’t have to deal with these earwigs all weekend long! He stopped by late Friday afternoon as promised, and in my opinion performed a very thorough treatment both in and outside my home. He was very courteous, polite, and empathetic to our situation. It’s hard to find exceptional service these days, but this young man was willing to work late on a Friday in 97 degree weather, to help us resolve our problems more ch quicker. Great job Johnathan!!👍🏻 We certainly look forward to our next service!! Thank you so much going above and beyond to assist us.
