The evaluation was professional, clearly explained, and understandable. Follow up was excellent. Communication was clear and concise. Personnel seem genuinely interested in doing a good job. Everything went well and felt like the problem would be resolved. (The reason I gave cost 4 stars is that when you're retired on a fixed income, everything seems too expensive.) The cost is reasonable, however, maybe a "Senior Discount" would be a good advertising concept. I am overall, very pleased with your services. I will definitely call you if there are any further pest problems.
