Allen commented in the report we saw that the mulch we had is too close to the house. However he did fail to realize or notice that the mulch we use is the rubber mulch and not the regular wood mulch. So I do disagree with this comment that was made. Otherwise it was a good experience. He was a nice guy and I was on a conference call during his visit so we did not get a chance to interact.

The good part of the inspection : The technician ( Allen Rhodes )was very friendly , knowledgeable , and timely ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,The Bad Part : I got no paper copy of the inspection report . The on line copy was very detailed but by the time I got it and pulled it up there was no one around to ask questions I had about the report . My printer does not work and I have no copy for my files . ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,More issues : I had a problem getting my paper annual bill last year . I DO NOT pay my bills on line and it was a real problem getting the bill paid . I had to drive to the J&J office to make the payment . This is the only problem I have ever had with J&J but if everything has to be done on line from now on I will probably look for another exterminator.
