J & J have been our exterminators since we moved to Louisiana and our experience with them has always been great! We almost never have bugs in the house, and they are quick to address any issues inside or out! Chris has been great with communication, and attention to detail. He makes sure to address any concerns we have. The wasps have decreased dramatically outside since using them, which I am grateful for because I like to relax on our back patio. No issues with them and always a great experience!
