Johnathan was fantastic! He started off by contacting me and confirming our appointment for Monday. Then he surprised me by offering to stop by later that afternoon (Friday) stating he can pass by my place on his way home. I of course accepted his offer as I was so happy my wife and I wouldn’t have to deal with these earwigs all weekend long! He stopped by late Friday afternoon as promised, and in my opinion performed a very thorough treatment both in and outside my home. He was very courteous, polite, and empathetic to our situation. It’s hard to find exceptional service these days, but this young man was willing to work late on a Friday in 97 degree weather, to help us resolve our problems more ch quicker. I usually don't share opinions or fill out reviews. But this time I felt like this individual (one of y'all's employees) had to be pointed out ( in a very good way ) . Anthony Duplantas (last name prob is spelled wrong) , has been servicing our property for at least 3 years now I wanna say. The guy that used to service here was polite and all, but without a doubt lacked y'all's work skills after I seen the job Anthony does. WOW,, all the years of meeting different service technicians ( or whatever title they have) throughout y'all's company, Anthony, by far, goes above and beyond his job compared to other techs I've dealt with, without a doubt. I just want to share my experience with y'all having him as our service tech. First off, he's very polite, he's very knowledgeable about all South Louisiana's bugs / insects / the poison / mice / traps / etc. I find Anthony is a unique individual in his expertise to thrive to be the best that he can be at his job. He has to be passionate about it because we haven't had one problem or bad experience with any bugs / mice / rodents etc. since he started servicing our property. And he's definitely the most polite, down to earth, and intelligent service tech I've ever had to deal with in this field, I hope we never lose him as our tech. Hopefully Anthony will pass on all that knowledge/loyalty/trust/etc. onto the next guy in line and so on. If J & J co. was to do that, I believe your overall company ratings would always be all 5 stars, just like Anthony is !!
